Organisational Structure

CoE-PGN's institutional roles are presented by position to remain relevant when personnel change.

Steering Committee

Provides strategic direction and maintains alignment of mandates across institutions.

Accountable Officials

Ensure accountability and continuity in implementing CoE-PGN's mandate.

Technical Team

Translates strategic direction into technical recommendations and implementation coordination.

Expert Team

Manages operations, programme implementation, working group coordination, and documentation of learning.

Regional Center of Excellence

Regional learning hubs developed according to institutional readiness and local needs.
